Q: How do you rate your products?

A: Five categories: Acceptable, Good, Very Good, Like New and Brand New. Brand New items have never been used. Like New items have very minor wear, if any. Very Good items have normal wear and tear. Good items have been used for a long time. Acceptable items have a lot of wear.

Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?

A: We generally ship items within one business day through USPS Mail. If the item is purchased during the weekend or holiday, it will go out on the next business day.

Q: Do you combine shipping?

A: Yes, for a limited time only shipping is a flat $4.99.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: No, however we do ship to APOs.

Q: Where do you ship from?

A: We ship from Warrensville Hts, OH, 44128, USA.

Q: Is there any order restrictions?

A: DollarMisfit is not intended to be a wholesale supplier. Orders of certain items that are viewed as for resale purposes will be canceled. Also purchasing bulk media may result in shipment being shipped in bulk packing. We apologize for this but this may result in shipping some items on spindle cases.
